Kuching City Rover Scout Council

The annual Kuching City Acamedic Award Presentation Ceremony cum World Scout Day Celebration Year 2008 was successfully organized on 3rd August 2008 at the basement of the Song Kheng Hai Hawker Centre. Besides presenting the academic awards to the members with outstanding academic achievements, Junior and Senior Scouts Rambu were also presented to those who have completed their respection trainings. Chief State Commissioner’s Quality Scout Group Award for year 2007 is also presented to the groups which have qualified. Best performers in the Job Week, warrant for Assistant District Commissioner as well as woodbagde (3 beads) were also presented.

We would like to thank our Council Chairman, Sdr. Tan Siaw Ju for his generous support and contribution in making the annual Academic Award presentation a success.
