Raimuna Jawa Timur 2009 (East Java Rover Moot)
The East Java Provincial Scout Council (Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Jawa Timur) will be organizing the East Java Rover Moot. The Rover moot is named “Raimuna Jawa Timur 2009” which shall be held from 19th July to 25th July 2009 in Tulungagung, Rast Java, Indonesia.
2000 rovers from all over East Java Province are expected to join the moot and they are inviting groups of up to 20 rovers aged 16 to 25 years old with leaders aged 25 and above.
Registration is opened until 25/06/2009.
Camp fee: US$200 (inclusive of registration fee and participation fee, food and activities which includes adventures and East Java Tour, land transportation from Juanda International Airport Surabaya to the camp site)

Dear Sim,
For your information, this activity has been announced in the June’s monthly scouter council meeting on 12/6/2009 and all leaders and rovers who have attended the meeting are very much aware of this event. However, as to date there is no response expressing interest to join, including your group. This post is only served as a record.
You are most welcomed to join us in the monthly scouter council meeting in HQ at 7:30p.m. on every first Friday of the month in order to get the first hand news.
